leads-kainet is an internal sales tool operated by Express Analytics for its own team. It helps reps draft personalized LinkedIn outreach and coordinate so the same person isn't contacted twice. This page explains what it does and does not do with data.

Who this is for

leads-kainet is provided to authorized Express Analytics personnel only. It is not a consumer product and is not offered to the public.

What we store

  • Account & organization: your name, email, and organization membership, via our authentication provider (Clerk).
  • Outreach coordination: the LinkedIn profile identifier (URL/slug), name, headline, and company of a lead you draft to, plus which teammate reached out and when, so the team can avoid duplicate contact.
  • Your own sent text: the wording of outreach you choose to send, used to keep drafts on-brand and in your voice.
  • Provider API keys: stored encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and used only to generate your drafts.

What we do NOT store

A lead's profile details (About section, experience, recent posts) and the contents of a LinkedIn conversation are read in your browser only to compose a draft. They are sent to the model for that single request and are not persisted by leads-kainet.

What the extension does

The browser extension reads the page you are actively viewing on LinkedIn to detect the message field and the person, fills a draft you can edit, and focuses the Send button. It never sends a message on your behalf — you click Send yourself.

Lead enrichment (profile visits)

When you choose "Fill missing details", the extension opens your incomplete leads' LinkedIn profiles one at a time, in your own signed-in browser, to read public profile details (name, title, company) and save them to that lead. This is started by you, runs sequentially, and can be stopped at any time. It is not a hidden background process, and no profile is opened unless you begin enrichment.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent data. Data is processed by our infrastructure providers (Clerk for authentication, Convex for storage, Vercel for hosting, and your selected AI model provider) solely to operate the tool.

Retention & access

Coordination records and your sent text are retained while you use the tool and removed on request. To access or delete your data, contact us below.
